Easy home-made macaroni and cheese ( I double this recipe)
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp butter
1. Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain and return to pot on stove on low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is desired consistency.
